Delete your account
Deleting removes your profile, trips, saved places, verified visits and preferences from Voyagea permanently. It's the same action on the app and the web.
In the appSettings → Delete account → confirm.
On the webLog in → Account → Delete account.
By emailWrite to privacy@voyagea.travel from the address on the account. We confirm and delete within 30 days.
What happens
- Your account and everything tied to it is deleted. There is no recovery.
- Store subscriptions (App Store, Play) must be cancelled in that store — deleting the account does not cancel them.
- Web subscriptions through Razorpay are cancelled with the account; charges already made are not refunded (see the refund policy).
- Payment records we’re legally required to keep are retained for the statutory period, separately from your profile.
