Questions
I subscribed in the app. Am I Plus on the web?
Yes. The app records your App Store or Google Play subscription against your account, and this site reads it. Log in with the same account and Plus is already on. Manage or cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or on Android in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
I subscribed here. Am I Plus in the app?
Yes. The app checks your web subscription too. Manage it on your Account page.
Why is the free itinerary three days?
A one-day cap read as a broken feature. Three days is a real trip — enough to plan and show someone — and the planner tells you the cap before it generates, never after.
Why twelve days at most?
One request can honestly plan about a fortnight before it runs out of time. Twelve is the last length with margin. Plan longer journeys as two trips.
Can I cancel?
Any time. You keep Plus until the period you paid for ends. Charges already made aren’t refunded — see the refund policy.
Is browsing really free?
Yes, and it stays free. Home, places, events, links, stamps — none of that is behind Plus. Plus sells the thing you only want once you’re invested: turning what you found into trips.
